Pennsylvania Supreme Court Appoints Haggerty HARRISBURG, January 14, 2002 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of James C. Haggerty, Esq., of Philadelphia, to the Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee. The seven-member committee reviews current rules governing statewide in the orphans' court, recommending new rules as necessary. The committee also responds to questions from the bench, bar and public. Haggerty will serve for a term that expires December 31, 2004.
