Pennsylvania Supreme Court Appoints Three
to the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee

HARRISBURG, January 24, 2002 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the reappointment of three members to the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee.

Reappointed were: the Hon. Robert J. Colville, Allegheny County; John Patrick Delaney Jr., Esq., Philadelphia and the Hon. Thomas J. Doerr, Butler County. Each of the three was reappointed for a term of three years, beginning February 1, 2002.

The Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee is an advisory body to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania that is responsible for examining and evaluating the rules and standards governing juvenile delinquency procedure and practice.

The committee is comprised of nine members and one ex-officio member who serve terms of three years. Members may serve a maximum of three full terms.
