The Hon. Robert S. Blasi, Philadelphia and District Justices M. Kay DuBree, Bucks County; Robert V. Manlove, Cumberland County and Henry J. Schireson, Montgomery County were each appointed to three-year terms, beginning April 1.

Chester County District Justice Thomas E. Martin Jr. was named committee chair, beginning April 1.
