Pennsylvania Supreme Court Appoints Flannery HARRISBURG, June 4, 2002 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of Richard E. Flannery, Esq., of Lawrence County, to the Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee. Flannery was appointed for a term expiring December 31, 2004. The seven-member committee reviews current rules governing statewide practice and procedure in the orphans' court, recommending new rules as necessary. The committee also responds to questions from the bench, bar and public. # # # |
