Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces HARRISBURG, February 6, 2003 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of two new members to the Disciplinary Board and other organizational changes. The new members are: Jonathan H. Newman, Esq., Philadelphia, was appointed to a three-year term, beginning January 29, 2003. Justice Sandra Schultz Newman did not participate in the appointment. Marc S. Raspanti, Esq., also of Philadelphia, was appointed to a three-year term, commencing January 29, 2003. Charles J. Cunningham III, Esq., Philadelphia, was designated chair and Richard W. Stewart, Esq., Cumberland County, vice chair. The 16-member Disciplinary Board was created by the Supreme Court in 1972 to consider and investigate the conduct of any person subject to the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement.
