Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces HARRISBURG, April 8, 2003 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of two new members and the reappointment of a third on the Disciplinary Board — a special panel that investigates complaints about lawyer conduct. Smith B. Gephart, Esq., of Dauphin County and Gary G. Gentile, Esq., Allegheny County, were appointed as new members of the board for a term of three years, beginning April 1. Marvin J. Rudnitsky, Esq., of Snyder County, was reappointed to the board for a three-year term, beginning April 1. The 16-member Disciplinary Board was created by the Supreme Court in 1972 to consider and investigate the conduct of any person subject to the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement.
