Pennsylvania Supreme Court Reappoints
O'Reilly to Minor Court Rules Committee

HARRISBURG, August 25, 2003  — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the reappointment of the Hon. Timothy Patrick O’Reilly as a member of the Minor Court Rules Committee.

O'Reilly, an Allegheny County Common Pleas Court judge, was appointed to a three-year term, beginning September 6, 2003.

The Minor Court Rules Committee examines and evaluates the rules and standards regarding
the conduct of district justices and their offices. It also recommends new rules and amendments to existing rules of civil procedure for district justices to the Supreme Court.
