Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces HARRISBURG, September 4, 2003 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced organizational changes on the Disciplinary Board. Francis X. O'Connor, Esq., of Susquehanna County, was appointed as a new member of the board for a term of three years, beginning September 19, 2003. Richard W. Stewart, Esq., of Cumberland County was designated chair and Louis N. Teti, Esq., of Chester County, vice chair, also beginning September 19. The 16-member Disciplinary Board was created by the Supreme Court in 1972 to consider and investigate the conduct of any person subject to the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement.
