Version 4.0 Information 4.15 March 21, 2001 Page 1 of 2 CRIMINAL RULES DERIVATION AND DISPOSITION TABLES Effective April 1, 2001, the Rules of Criminal Procedure are reorganized and renumbered. Your office will receive the derivation and disposition tables that cross-reference the old rule numbers with the new ones. The manner in which you receive these documents depends on whether Thin Client terminals have been installed in your office. OFFICES WITH THIN CLIENT INSTALLED AFTER MARCH 16, 2001 For offices that currently do not have Thin Client terminals, or in which Thin Client terminals were installed after March 16, 2001, the Derivation and Disposition Tables were mailed from the AOPC on March 20, 2001. OFFICES WITH THIN CLIENT INSTALLED BEFORE MARCH 16, 2001 You must first be logged on to the Citrix environment and open Word 97 to access the Derivation and Disposition Tables. Consult the documentation you received during Thin Client installation for more information on how to access the Citrix environment and Word 97. 1. Click the FILE menu, then click OPEN. The Open dialog box appears. 2. Click the LOOK IN FAVORITES button. This button is situated across the top of the Open dialog box, third to the right of the Look In text box, and resembles a manila folder with a star in the middle. New icons appear in the Open dialog box. 3. Double-click the STATEWIDE folder. Alternatively, you may click the STATEWIDE folder once, then click the OPEN button. New icons appear in the Open dialog box. 4. Double-click the SPECIAL NOTICES folder. Alternatively, you may click the SPECIAL NOTICES folder once, then click the OPEN button. New icons appear in the Open dialog box. 5. Double-click the DERIVATION TABLE icon. Alternatively, you may click the Derivation Table icon once, then click the OPEN button. The Derivation Table document will open in Word 97. 6. Print the Derivation Table document. Consult the documentation you received during Thin Client installation for more information on how to print documents. The Derivation and Disposition Table documents will be available in the Statewide folder until April 13, 2001. Be sure to print these documents before then.
