VERSION 4 Informational 4.20 June 5, 2001 Page 1 of 1 JNET CERTIFICATE RENEWAL ATTENTION JNET USERS: All JNET certificates need to be renewed annually. Your renewal date is one year from the date of issuance of your JNET certificate. The AOPC will be responsible for processing the renewals for all District Justices and other designated JNET users in the district courts. Since you need not participate in the renewal process, the impact to you should be minimal. Prior to your expiration date, the AOPC registrars will identify the JNET certificates that are due for renewal. Current name and address information will be verified with our records. (If your name has changed in the past year and you have not submitted an updated User ID & Password Request form, AOPC 100A, please complete and mail this form to the AOPC.) Two days before your scheduled renewal, you will be informed of the unavailability of JNET during the hours of 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. During these hours your new certificate will be processed and downloaded, and JNET will be unavailable to you. Please contact the Help Desk if your renewal is scheduled on an evening when you have night coverage. Other arrangements for processing the renewal will be made. In some instances, your password may have to be reset and you will be required to change the password. If this occurs, you will receive a telephone call. If you have any further questions concerning the JNET renewal process, please call the DJS Help Desk.
