          CONSTABLE CERTIFICATION STATUS AVAILABLE THROUGH JNET

The warning message, CSW0161 - WARNING: YOU HAVE SELECTED A SERVER WHO
IS NOT CERTIFIED, appears if documents are issued to a constable 
without a record of certification.  As stated in Modification 4.42,
when service is to be made by a constable, he or she must be 
certified.  Therefore, before bypassing the warning message, you 
should make certain of the constable's certification status. 

A new Constable Query search is now available on JNET (Justice Network)
to give you constable information.  This search enables you to obtain 
information such as address, date of birth and certification status for 
constables.

To use the new Constable Query search, click Justice Data located on 
the red sidebar on the left of the JNET Home Page.  Click Constable
Query.  Search options are by Last Name/First Name, Name/City of 
Residence, County of Residence, or Certification #.  Select the search 
method of your choice, then type the required information.   Click Find.
A Constable listing appears.  Click the name of the constable.
