In order for the facsimile signature option to be valid, you must submit a Facsimile Signature Request Form (AOPC 105) to the Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC). This form is printed from the Print Blank Forms menu. Allow approximately one week for the facsimile signature to be added to your system before activating the option in your office. If you have already submitted the form and aren't sure of the Processing status, please call the Help Desk and ask to speak with the Change Management Coordinator. Once you receive notification from the AOPC that your signature has been added, refer to Page H44 of the Out of Case District Justice Automated Office Clerical Procedures Manual for steps to activate the signature. Finally, if you want more information on facsimile signatures, refer to Pa.R.C.P.D.J. No. 113.
