            CHANGES TO ACCOUNT STATUS REPORT
     
     
          The Account Status Report (Option 10 on the Reports Menu)
     lists cases that have balances greater than zero.  It lists Docket
     Number, Interested Party Name, Balance, Next Payment Type, Payment
     Due Date, and Payment Amount.  Beginning November 15, 1996, Warrant
     Status will also appear on this Report.  Cases with a status of
     juvenile (JUV) or appealed (APPL) will not print on the report. 
     
     
     
     
     OUT OF DISTRICT ORDER OF EXECUTION ON MISCELLANEOUS DOCKET 
     
     
          Version 3, Modification #13 of November 7, 1996 informed you
     of a change to the Order of Execution procedure.  Since then, it has
     not been possible to process Out of District Orders of Execution,
     #24 on the Miscellaneous Docket Menu.  The error message CSE0472 -
     CA1 COST HAS NOT BEEN MAINTAINED AND PAYMENT ENTERED was displaying
     inappropriately.  You are now able to proceed with your Out of
     District Orders of Execution.  
     
     
     
     
           USER ID AND PASSWORD REQUEST FORMS
     
     
          Please remember that every request form for a "New Add",
     "Change Existing", or "Delete Existing" to a User Profile must be
     signed by the District Justice before it will be processed by the
     AOPC Operations Department.  Thank you for your help with this
