VERSION 3 Modification 69 February 12, 1999 Page 1 of 1 GUILTY PLEA COLLOQUY AND PLEAS OF GUILTY BEFORE ISSUING AUTHORITY Formerly, when the Guilty Plea Colloquy (AOPC 408B) and Pleas of Guilty before Issuing Authority (AOPC 408A) forms generated from the Payment Entry screen, they printed to the forms printer. Now these forms will print on the same printer as the Receipt of Payment (AOPC 450). The forms print from Payment Entry when a full payment is receipted on a "fast track case" with a Source Code of W for window. (A fast track case is one where the question "Do Descriptions and Amounts Match Initial Charges Y/N" on the Charge Entry screen was answered with a Y for yes.) FACSIMILE SIGNATURE REQUEST FORM On Page 2 of Modification 3.68, the statement, "Since the District Justice will control the signature, he/she needs to be able to sign-on to the District Justice System (DJS)", needs to be further clarified. When the District Justice activates his/her signature on or after May 3, 1999 the facsimile signature will remain activated in the DJS until action is taken to turn off the signature. The facsimile signature will not have to be activated each time a form is printed nor activated on any type of repetitive basis. Once activated, the signature will print on the approved forms no matter who in the office prints the forms or from what terminal the forms are generated.
