DEFENDANT SIGNATURE WILL REVERT TO N' WHEN BAIL HAS BEEN REVOKED If the defendant signature question was answered with a "Y" when bail was SET, and bail was later REVOKED, the defendant signature answer will now revert to "N" on the Current Bail Information form. The "defendant signature question" answer prints on both the Current Bail Information form and on the Bail History Report. The question will not change on the Bail History Report. Until the signature question is answered with a "Y"', it will continue to display at the appropriate time in the bail processing and when a docket transcript is printed. ENTRY OF TRAFFIC AND NON-TRAFFIC CITATION NUMBERS Please remember that it is important that the citation numbers for traffic and non-traffic cases be entered in the exact format as those numbers appear on the original citation. The citation number is the first field to be entered on the Citation Case Entry screen when a traffic or non-traffic case is docketed on the DJS. This information is important for record keeping and for electronic transfer of data. Should you have any questions, please call the Help Desk.
