Modification 70 March 4, 1999 Page 1 of 1 CIVIL AND LANDLORD TENANT JUDGMENT/TRANSCRIPT FORMS The date and signature lines on the Notice of Judgment/Transcript Civil Case (AOPC 315) and the Notice of Judgment/Transcript Nonresidential/Residential) Lease (AOPC 315A and AOPC 315B) where the District Justice certifies it are now enclosed within a box. This will make a clear distinction between the signature line where the District Justice signs after a judgment is rendered and the signature line where the District Justice signs when a transcript is requested. TIME PAYMENT TO CANCEL WARRANT TICKLER When a Notice of Impending Warrant of Arrest (AOPC 418) is printed, the defendant has 10 days to respond or the case will appear on the Warrants to Print - Failure to Pay list. Now, if a payment is receipted during this 10-day period which makes the time payment plan current and up-to-date, the scheduled warrant tickler will automatically be removed. A new time payment plan no longer has to be recorded and issued to have the warrant tickler deleted when the payment is less than the entire case balance. REASON CODE FOR CANCELLING PREWARRANT NOTICE Recording a reason code is now necessary when you cancel a Notice of Impending Warrant of Arrest (AOPC 418). When the Notice of Impending Warrant of Arrest (AOPC 418) is cancelled from either the Batch Processing Menu or from within the case at the Actions Menu, a pop-up window will appear for you to enter the reason code for cancellation. FACSIMILE SIGNATURE REQUEST FORM Please remember to mail the Facsimile Signature Request Form (AOPC 105) to the AOPC as soon as possible if the District Justice is planning on using the facsimile signature beginning May 3. Also, remember to print the Facsimile Signature Request form on plain bond paper. For additional information on the facsimile signature, refer to Modification 3.68 and 3.69.
