MAINTAINING NAME TYPES WITHIN A CASE It is now possible to maintain new Collection Agencies, Police Officers, Arresting Agencies, Prisons, Servers, and Professional Bondsmen from within a case. When you press to access a pop-up window in the field from which you choose any of these Name Types, you will see that a function key, , has been added. You can use this key to add a new Name ID that does not appear in the pop-up window. If you press , you will be taken directly to the out-of- case Maintain Names option. From Maintain Names, you can add a name ID as you normally would from this screen. When you are finished maintaining the name, you will return to the screen you were on when you pressed . For more information on maintaining name types, refer to the Chapter H - Maintenance Menu in the Out of Case Processing Manual.
