 CIVIL AND LANDLORD/TENANT COMMON PLEAS NOTIFICATION REQUEST FORM
               AVAILABLE ON PRINT BLANK FORMS MENU

The Common Pleas Notification Request Form (AOPC 729B-99) for
Civil and Landlord/Tenant cases has been added to the Print Blank Forms
Menu.  For more information on printing blank forms, please refer to
Chapter C (Printer Functions Menu) of any of the District Justice
Automated Office Clerical Procedures Manuals.  


         BAIL RELEASE CONDITIONS WILL PRINT WITH BLANK BAIL BOND

When the Bail Bond (AOPC 414A1-99) is printed from the Print Blank
Forms Menu, the Bail Release Conditions forms (AOPC 730-99 and AOPC 731-
99) will also print. For more information on printing blank forms,
please refer to Chapter C (Printer Functions Menu) of any of the
District Justice Automated Office Clerical Procedures Manuals.
