                   FACSIMILE DATE WITH FACSIMILE SIGNATURE

     Forms in which a District Justice can use a facsimile signature
in lieu of an original signature will now include the current date if 
the facsimile signature is activated. 
 
 
FACSIMILE SIGNATURE IN LIEU OF ORIGINAL SIGNATURE CHANGES FOR THE 
                 SUBPOENA AND THE FUGITIVE NOTICE

     The Subpoena (AOPC 604A and 605A) is added to the list of forms 
that a District Justice can use a facsimile signature in lieu of an 
original signature. The Fugitive Notice (AOPC 619) is removed from 
the list.

                             ESCHEAT REPORT

     The Escheat Report has two new columns to provide additional 
information about stale checks.  The original date the check was printed 
and the original case from which the check was issued will now display.



               TRUANCY REFERRAL FORM (AOPC 608B-00) CHANGES

     Two changes have been made to the Truancy Referral Form 
(AOPC 608B-00).  The language "juvenile defendant" that appears twice 
on the Truancy Referral form has been changed to "offending child."  
The "Date" field has been removed from the District Justice signature 
line near the bottom of the form.
