                        MISCELLANEOUS TICKLER REPORT


     The Miscellaneous Tickler Report has been modified to automatically
remove ARDO (Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition Open) cases when a 
permanent disposition is recorded.  A permanent disposition is any 
disposition other than ARDO.

     In addition, when a defendant is determined to be unable to pay and 
is sentenced to community service or to jail in lieu of payment, the 
case appears on the Miscellaneous Tickler Report on the expected 
completion date.  Now these cases will be removed from the Miscellaneous 
Tickler Report when the applicable accounting adjustment of 
JAIL (Jail Time) or CSRV (Community Service Comp) is recorded.
