           NEW REASON CODE OTH FOR VOID PAYMENT


     The Reason Code OTH (Other) has been added to the list 
of Reason Codes that can be used with the Accounting 
Adjustment Code VOID (Void Payment).  Case Notes should be 
used to record the specific reason for the VOID.  For more 
information on Accounting Adjustment Codes, please refer to 
Chapter I (Accounting Menu) of the Automated Office 
Clerical Procedures Manuals.  


       USER ID AND PASSWORD REQUEST FORM (AOPC 100A)


     Requests for adding, deleting or changing user
information must be submitted on the User Id and Password
Request form (AOPC 100A).  This form, which can be found on
the Print Blank Forms option, must include District Justice
signature and seal and must be MAILED to the AOPC. 
Faxed forms will not be accepted.  Allow approximately five 
days for User IDs to be processed from the date of mailing.
