VERSION 4 Modification 4.36 March 23, 2001 Page 1 of 1 PENNDOT TRANSMISSION REPORTS PennDOT has recently notified the AOPC that its new citation-tracking program eliminates the need for the PennDOT Transmission Exceptions Report. This new program also eliminates the mailing of traffic safety "buff" copies to PennDOT. The next PennDOT report, scheduled for April 3, will display the cases on one transmission report. An exceptions report will not be generated. INTERESTED PARTY ENTRY IMPROVEMENT You are now able to add an interested party wherever the IP selection pop-up window displays. This change affects Refund Entry, Continuance Entry, Subpoena Entry, Search Warrant within a Criminal Court Case, Waiver Entry, and Maintain Tickler Events. For example, the last of the Subpoena Entry screens now reads, "Place an 'X' next to the party(s) you wish to Subpoena or ENTER to ADD." This means that you may add an interested party to the case during the Subpoena Entry process. ORDER FOR POSSESSION Six copies of the Order for Possession, Return and Notice (AOPC 311B) will now print when the Order for Possession is re-issued using the action code RISS on the Order for Possession screen. Two copies are for the defendant, one for the plaintiff, one for the District Justice office, and two for the server.
