                       PAYMENT DETERMINATION HEARINGS

     Because payment determination hearings are held to adjust 
Established payment schedules, you will no longer be able to schedule 
payment determination hearings if a disposition has not been recorded 
on the case.



                            MANUAL RECEIPTS

      Manual Receipts, located on the Print Blank Forms menu, will
now display the next set of receipt numbers to be printed; therefore, 
you will not have to generate a set of manual receipts to determine
the last number printed. The option now appears as Receipts, Manual
(A000xxx to A000xxx & log), where x represents the receipt numbers.  




       	CASE MANAGEMENT REPORT - FINGERPRINT ORDERS

     Previously, the Fingerprint Orders Report on the Case Aging 
Reports Menu, listed cases with a fingerprint order issued and no 
further action.  This report will now include cases with the last 
action of ROTN (Record OTN).




                      THIN CLIENT REMINDER

     If your keyboard or mouse locks up, turn the Thin Client box off 
and then back on.  When you power off the Thin Client box, make sure
the power indicator is no longer illuminated.  It is very important 
that the green light be dimmed.  If the light remains on, press and
hold the power button while counting slowly to 10.  Release the button. 
You may now power on the Thin Client box.  If your system still is not 
responding, call the DJS Help Desk so that the AOPC will be aware of 
these persistent and recurring problems.
