                     WARRANT TO PRINT - FAILURE TO PAY

     Warrants for failure to pay will now be tickled on the 11th day
after a Notice of Impending Warrant of Arrest (AOPC A418) was printed.
This change allows for a full 10 days before the warrant shows on the
Warrants To Print - Failure to Pay list.  Previously, the case would

     After a disposition is recorded on the Final Charges and Fines
screen, the County, Twp/Boro/City, Officer, and Def Copy Attached
fields on the Complaint/Citation Entry screen will appear in white
and cannot be changed. If you need to change any of this information,
you must first cancel all final charge dispositions.
