                          F63 - NEW FINE TYPE

     House Bill 154 (Act 68 of 2001) changes the distribution of fines
For snowmobile offenses.  As a result, fine type F63 has been added to
the DJS.

     Citations citing Chapter 77 of the Vehicle Code (Snowmobiles and 
ATVs)will continue to disburse 100% of the fine money to the Department
of Revenue if either a state officer or county officer issues the 
citation.  If a local officer issues the citation, then 100% of the 
fine money will now be disbursed to the municipal corporation under
which the local police are organized.
