                 WAIVER FORM PRINTING FROM FINAL CHARGES

     The Waiver Entry screen will automatically appear at the Final 
Charge Entry screen when you record WAV (Waived for Court) in the 
Disposition field of the first charge of a criminal case.  Complete 
the Waiver Entry screen to print the waiver or press F12 to return to 
the Final Charge Entry screen.  If you already have recorded a Waiver 
of Preliminary Hearing (AOPC 601), the Waiver Entry screen will not 
appear at the Final Charges Entry screen.  Waiver will also continue 
to be an option on the Actions Menu.
