Amendment of Rule 214 of the Rules of Conduct, Office Standards and Civil Procedure for Magisterial District Judges to provide for notification of parents and/or guardians when a subpoena is issued to a person under the age of eighteen

amend Rule 209 of the Rules of Conduct, Office Standards and Civil Procedure for Magisterial District Judges to specify that military personnel shall be granted continuances in civil actions under certain circumstances.

amend Rule 202 and promulgate an entirely new Rule 215 of the Rules of Conduct, Office Standards and Civil Procedure for Magisterial District Judges to permit use of advanced communication technology in civil actions.
