How to Obtain a Certificate of Good Standing

Certificates of Good Standing may be obtained through any of the three Supreme Court filing offices located at:

Submit a letter addressed to "Certificate of Good Standing" at any of these addresses, requesting a certificate and including a check or money order payable to the Supreme Court in the amount of $25.00. Cash is acceptable if hand-delivered. Also include a self-addressed envelope indicating where the certificate should be forwarded. The processing fee is non-refundable.

Requests for certificates must include the attorney's full name, identification number and be signed by the attorney.

NOTE: An attorney who is in inactive status must contact the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court, telephone number 717 - 731 7073 or in writing at Two Lemoyne Drive, First Floor, Lemoyne, PA. 17043-1226.

Turnaround time is generally by return mail.
