Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces HARRISBURG, March 30, 2004 - The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of a new member to the Disciplinary Board and other organizational changes. William Pietragallo II, Esq., Allegheny County, was appointed to a three-year term, beginning April 1, 2004. Louis N. Teti, Esq., Chester County, was designated chair, beginning April 1. Marvin J. Rudnitsky, Esq., Snyder County, was designated vice chair, also beginning April 1. The 16-member Disciplinary Board was created by the Supreme Court in 1972 to consider and investigate the conduct of any person subject to the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement.
