                       MASTER ACCOUNT CHECK QUERIES

     Disbursement queries for the years 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000 have
been added to Accounting Queries on the Accounting Reports Menu. These
queries show you how much money your office disbursed to each master 
account through the weekly and monthly reports.  These four queries 
also provide you with detailed information about each master account 
check printed during the selected year.  The checks are sorted, 
grouped, and totaled by master account code. Also, at the bottom of 
the query, you will find the total amount of money disbursed to your 
master accounts for the year.
