The Minor Court Rules Committee examines and evaluates the rules and standards regarding the conduct of magisterial district judges and the offices of magisterial district judges. It also recommends to the Supreme Court new rules and amendments to existing rules of civil procedure for magisterial district judges.

The Minor Court Rules Committee welcomes suggestions, comments and other input from the bench, bar and public. However, the standing policy of the committee is that all such requests must be made in writing and directed to the attention of counsel for the committee.
