Using the Document Formats Posted on Web Site
To view, print, or copy from the .pdf documents you can use the free Adobe Reader 4.0 (http://www.adobe.com).
The blind or visually impaired may have pdf files converted to html at Adobe's page dedicated to conversion at PDF converison. Simply copy the url on our site containing the link to the pdf file and paste it into the text box provided on Adobe's site for the conversion.
Adobe has a site devoted to handicapped accessibility at Access.Adobe.com.
