The Investment Advisory Board, established in 2003, coordinates the investment policy for four non-tax supported, court-related boards to maximize return on funds for those boards. The boards served by the Investment Advisory Board are the Disciplinary Board, the Continuing Legal Education Board, the Lawyers Fund for Client Security and the Board of Law Examiners. The Investment Advisory Board is comprised of eight members, four of whom are appointed by the Supreme Court and one of whom is appointed by each participating board. All members must have expertise in areas of finance and investment. Periodically the board solicits competitive proposals for investment services.
